1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 7-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times To optimize logistics and maintain our commitment to affordable luxury, homeskin® products are dispatched directly from our trusted global fulfillment centers.

  • Standard Insured Shipping (USA): 7–12 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be subject to unexpected delays beyond our control (e.g., customs inspection, severe weather, or carrier backlogs).

3. Address Accuracy & Modifications

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
  • Address modification requests can only be accommodated within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at homeskin.admin@gmai.com. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we cannot alter the destination address or redirect the package. homeskin® is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes homeskin® is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
