1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 7-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times To optimize logistics and maintain our commitment to affordable luxury, homeskin® products are dispatched directly from our trusted global fulfillment centers.

  • Standard Insured Shipping (USA): 7–12 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be subject to unexpected delays beyond our control (e.g., customs inspection, severe weather, or carrier backlogs).

3. Address Accuracy & Modifications

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
  • Address modification requests can only be accommodated within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@homeskin.com. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we cannot alter the destination address or redirect the package. homeskin® is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes homeskin® is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY

Due to the intimate personal care and hygienic nature of beauty technology devices, our return policy is strictly enforced to protect all consumers.

1. 30-Day Return Window (Unopened Items)

  • We accept returns on items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unused, unopened, in its original shrink-wrapped packaging, and in the same pristine condition that you received it. Any product that has been unsealed, tested, or used cannot be returned due to strict health and sanitation regulations.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs to our designated processing center. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we cannot issue refunds for lost return shipments.

3. Defective or Damaged Items (1-Year Warranty)

  • Every homeskin® device is backed by our 1-Year Manufacturing Warranty.
  • If your device arrives damaged in transit or exhibits a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact us immediately at support@homeskin.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic/video evidence.
  • Upon verification, we will issue a complimentary replacement device or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your banking institution.
