Yes. The ST-Wave™ EMS needs a water-based conductive medium to travel smoothly across the skin. Without gel, the current scatters on dry skin and you'll feel a faint tingle. Use our calibrated gel, or any oil-free, water-based conductive eye gel or hyaluronic-acid serum.
For most people, once daily in the morning, about 5 days a week. After 4–6 weeks you can scale back to a maintenance routine of 2–3 sessions per week. Consistency matters more than intensity.
Results are gradual and build over weeks of consistent use, and they vary from person to person. Think in terms of weeks, not single sessions. Some people notice the look of reduced morning puffiness early on, while smoother-looking texture takes longer.

We move quickly, so contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually update the address or cancel it. Once it's shipped, it falls under our return policy instead.
Delivery can take up to 21 business days depending on your region, so please check your tracking link first. If tracking hasn't updated in several business days, raise a ticket with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Every device is backed by a 60-Day Risk-Free Trial. If it isn't right for you, you can return it within 60 days of delivery. Because it's a trial, gently used devices are welcome back within that window.
If your device arrives damaged or has a genuine fault, that's on us — homeskin covers the return shipping and sends a replacement or full refund. Just raise a ticket with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue.
No problem — you can still return within the 60-day trial. For non-defective returns (for example, a change of mind), the return shipping cost is covered by you, and you'll ship the device back to our warehouse following the instructions our team provides.
Raise a ticket or email our support team with your order number and the reason for return. We'll confirm whether it's a defect (we pay) or a change-of-mind return (you pay shipping), then send you the exact steps and warehouse address.
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Charge it with the included USB-C cable and watch for the charging indicator. A full charge takes about 3 hours. Then press and hold the power button for a few seconds. If it still won't power on, raise a ticket and we'll help or replace it under warranty.
That almost always means the skin is too dry for the current to conduct. Apply a bit more water-based conductive gel for even contact and the sensation should become a smooth, comfortable pulse.
Try a different USB-C cable and wall adapter, and make sure the charging port is clean and dry. Watch whether the charging light responds. If nothing changes, contact support — it may be covered by your warranty.
Each session runs a fixed 10-minute automated program and shuts off on its own. You don't need to time it — when it powers down, your session is complete.
We don't recommend it. Like any muscle-stimulation routine, the tissue benefits from recovery time between sessions. Consistent daily use beats overuse.
Yes. A slight, transient warmth or redness is normal and usually settles within 10–15 minutes as circulation returns to the area. If redness lingers or feels uncomfortable, reduce frequency and check with a professional.
Every device includes a 2-Year Limited Warranty for the original owner, covering internal technical faults such as charging failures, power-core issues, or light-diode performance drops.
Raise a ticket with your order number, a description of the issue, and a short photo or video if possible. Our team will troubleshoot and, if it's a covered fault, arrange a repair or replacement.
If it stops charging or fails to operate normally within 24 months of purchase due to an internal fault, yes — that's exactly what the warranty is for. Contact us and we'll make it right.
Normal cosmetic wear from everyday use, accidental damage, water damage from submerging the device, misuse, and lost or stolen devices fall outside the warranty.
After each session, wipe the silicone pads with a damp, lint-free cloth or a non-alcohol cosmetic wipe to remove any leftover gel, then let it air-dry at room temperature. Never submerge the frame or charging port in water.
Store it somewhere dry at room temperature, and keep it topped up so it's ready for your next session. Avoid extreme heat or leaving it in direct sunlight for long periods.
A full charge takes about 3 hours via universal USB-C, and gives you up to roughly 2 hours of continuous use — plenty for many 10-minute sessions before you need to recharge.
You can, as long as you clean the silicone contact pads between users for hygiene. Each person should use their own gel application.
